1. Returns Eligibility

Unopened & unused items only are eligible for return.

Products must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

Returns accepted within 30 days window.

We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested perfumes, including items with broken seals.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us  with:

We will arrange a return at no additional cost.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

For exchange please return the item unopened and sealed providing clear pictures and place a new order.
